The XC6201P182MR is a 1.8V fixed output high-precise low-power Linear Regulator manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The device provides large current with a significantly small dropout voltage. The device consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error amplifier.
