Product Overview
TEM 3-0522N is a 3W TEM 3N series DC/DC converter. This is a range of isolated DC/DC converter in a DIP-24 package. It offers tight output regulation and very low output noise. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. This product series provides a cost-effective solution for many industrial or consumer electronics applications. Approved by CSA-C22.2, No. 60950-1, EN 60950-1, EN 62368-1, IEC 60950-1, IEC 62368-1, UL 60950-1, UL 62368-1.
- Input voltage range from 4.5 to 5.5VDC, nominal output voltage is ±12VDC (output 1, 2)
- Maximum output current is 125mA (output 1, 2), typical efficiency is 78%
- Fully regulated output, typical output ripple and noise 30mVp-p
- Short circuit protection, I/O isolation 1500VDC (input to output, 60s)
- Input filter meet EN 55022, class A, no minimum load required
- Industry standard pinout, PCB mounting type
- PD 2 pollution degree, typical switching frequency is 300KHz (PWM)
- Non-conductive plastic (UL 94 V-0 rated) housing material, plastic case housing type
