Product Overview
The SFH617A-2 is a 1-channel 4-pin 63 to 125% CTR high reliability Phototransistor Output Optocoupler consists of a GaAs infrared diode emitter, which is optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. The 110°C rated SFH617A (DIP) features a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance and high isolation voltage. The coupling devices are designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits. The couplers are end-stackable with 2.54mm spacing.
