Product Overview
The RV series Thin Film Chip Resistor provides a CECC qualified chip with the same reliability and stability found in QPL resistors. This chip is available in a wide range of sizes, values and performance characteristics. It has nichrome resistive, alumina substrate and tin lead over nickel or tin silver over nickel or gold over nickel plated terminals.
- Nickel barrier for high temperature operating conditions
- Non-inductive
- Antistatic waffle-pack or tape and reel packaging available
- Laser trimmed down to 0.1%
- Wraparound resistance less than 0.01Ω
- High stability (0.05% - 1000hrs at Pn @ 70°C)
- Withstand moisture resistance test of AEC-Q200
- Very low noise <lt/>35dB and voltage coefficient 0.1ppm/V
