The CAS300M17BM2 is an all-silicon carbide Half-bridge Module with copper baseplate and aluminium nitride insulator, zero turn-off tail current, high frequency operation, zero reverse recovery current from diode and high efficiency operation. Suitable for C2M MOSFET and Z-Rec® diode.
