MPC5748G-LCEVB is a low-cost evaluation board for functional safety, security, and secure gateway applications. Based on the 32-bit Power Architecture® MPC5748G ultra-reliable microcontroller, the MPC5748G-LCEVB offers vast of communication interfaces.

• Single 5V DC external supply I/P w/ onboard 3.3V regulator (power via 2.1mm barrel-style power jack)
• Simple jumper less configuration
• Host power switch and regulator status LED
• USB Serial interface and 2 x high-speed CAN transceiver routed to 3-way headers
• 2 x LIN interfaces routed to 3-way headers and 14-pin JTAG connector
• Main clock supplied from on board crystal and 4 user LED’s wired to MCU ports
• User reset switch with reset status LED’s and USB Type A Host interface
• Ethernet PHY and RJ45 socket (configured for MII mode)
• 2 user pushbutton switches wired to MCU ports and hexadecimal encoded switch wired to 4 MCU ports
• Simple potentiometer connected to analogue input channel
