AVR XMEGA-A3BU Xplained evaluation kit is a hardware platform to evaluate the ATxmega256A3BU microcontroller. The AVR Xplained kits are great platforms for early evaluation of the capabilities offered by the AVR microcontrollers. The kit offers a larger range of features that enables the AVR XMEGA user to get started using XMEGA peripherals right away and understand how to integrate the XMEGA device into their own design. The XMEGA-A3BU Xplained contains one QTouch button sensor, three mechanical buttons, two LED's, 3 analogue sensors, a USB port, battery backup system and a 128x32 pixel FSTN LCD display. The AVR Xplained expansion headers provide easy access to analogue and digital I/O pins. The board is powered by the USB cable and equipped with the standard 10pin JTAG header that connects to the full range of AVR debuggers.
