VC060305A150RP is a TransGuard® multilayer ceramic transient voltage suppressor. This TransGuard® multilayer varistor is a zinc oxide (ZnO) based ceramic semiconductor device with non-linear voltage-current characteristics (bi-directional) similar to back-to-back Zener diodes. They have the added advantage of greater current and energy handling capabilities as well as EMI/RFI attenuation. Typical applications include IC protection, microcontrollers, relays, I/O ports, keyboard protection, portable devices, industrial controllers, automation, smart grid, telecom, LED lights, cameras, base stations, motion detectors, alarms and more.
