HLMP-D101

HLMP-D101 is a high intensity double hetero-junction LED lamp made of AlGaAs construction. This LED material has outstanding light output efficiency over a wide range of drive currents. The colour is deep red at the dominant wavelength of 637nm. This lamp may be DC or pulse driven to achieve desired light output. Typical applications include bright ambient lighting conditions, moving message panels, portable equipment and general use.
