It includes the Infineon power module, HybridPACK™ Drive G2 CoolSiC™ G2 FS02MR12A8MA2B, advanced EiceDriver™ gate drivers, and Xensiv™ current sensors. This supports engineers' design activities and enables quick evaluation and cross-reference tests via open design files.
