AZ1117CR-3.3TRG1

AZ1117CR-3.3TRG1 is a low-dropout three-terminal regulator optimized for a low voltage where transient response and minimum input voltage are critical. The device provides current-limit and thermal-shutdown features. Its circuit includes a trimmed bandgap reference to assure output voltage accuracy of within ±1%. On-chip thermal shutdown provides protection against a combination of high current and ambient temperature that would create excessive junction temperature. Applications include USB devices, add-on cards, DVD players, and PC motherboards.
