The SAC8250 is a Solder Wire made of 95.5Sn3.8Ag0.7Cu alloy. Caused by the forthcoming EC decree the use of unloaded tin solder wires is demanded. The increasing demands on the safety at work and the protection of the environment additionally support the demand for unloaded soldering. The EDSYN solder wire SAC with silver and copper alloy is provided with a NO-CLEAN flux according F-SW 34. With other words 3 metals guarantee the quality of your solder joints. According to this special alloy you have a lower solder temperature in comparison to actual existing solder alloys. This lower working temperature helps your SMDs to survive.
