BD60GA3MEFJ-ME2

The BD60GA3MEFJ-ME2 is a 300mA, fixed output LDO regulator in 8 pin HTSOP package. This LDO regulator is built-in with thermal shutdown circuit for protecting IC from heat destruction by over load condition, circuit current ON/OFF switch for setting the circuit 0μA at shutdown mode and an over current protection for protecting the IC destruction by output short circuit. It is usable for ceramic capacitor and enables to improve smaller set and long life.

• Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
• High accuracy reference voltage circuit
• Built-in over current protection circuit (OCP)

• Maximum line regulation is 50mV at 25°C
• Maximum load regulation is 75mV at 25°C
