USB4515-GF-A is a USB Type C 2.0 SMT receptacle suitable for power charging applications only. It is offered with a 1.6mm PCB offset that enables a unique shell profile above the PCB surface of only 1.56mm to be realized. By offering marketing-leading economics, this product allows customers to future-proof their designs by changing from a legacy Micro USB to USB Type C interface without extra cost. Additionally, this product utilizes a stainless steel shell, gold flash-plated contacts over a nickel underplating, and 4-off shell stakes for additional security and retention, demonstrated by mechanical durability tested thru 10,000 mating cycles.
