6TPB470M is a POSCAP™ TPB series surface mount type conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitor. It utilizes a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high-conductivity polymer for a cathode. Panasonic’s innovative construction and processing yield the lowest ESR level in polymer tantalum technology and exhibit excellent performance in high-frequency applications. Additionally, POSCAP™ series demonstrates high reliability and high heat resistance, making it the ideal chip capacitor for digital, high-frequency devices and more.
- Surface mount type (rectangular style), very low ESR, large capacitance
- High temp reflow solder capable (up to 260°C)
- 6.3V rated voltage, 470µF capacitance, 20% capacitance tolerance
- 2000h at 105°C endurance
- Category temperature range from –55 to +105°C
- 3000mArms rated ripple current, 35mohm ESR, 296.1µA maximum leakage current
