C8051F394-A-GM is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8bit microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 50MHz performance. The MCU offers 8KB flash, 1KB RAM along with additional communication interfaces and 6 x 16bit timers in a 4x4 mm, QFN24 package. On-chip analogue features include a 10-bit, 16-ch., 500Ksps ADC, a 10-bit, 2-ch.DAC and 1 comparator. With on-chip Power-On Reset, VDD monitor, watchdog timer, and a ±2 internal oscillator, this MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution, making it ideal for applications such as battery chargers, electronic toys and games, motor control, and optical communications.
