STPA003OD-4WX

STPA003OD-4WX is a MOSFET class AB audio power amplifier that is designed for high-power car radios. In addition to the outstanding output current capability and distortion performance, this device is extremely robust against several kinds of fortuitous misconnection. It is compliant to the most recent OEM specifications for low voltage operation (the so-called 'start-stop' battery profile during engine stop). It includes a DC offset detector and a high side driver or a clipping detector.

• Excellent GSM noise immunity, excellent 2 ohm driving capability
• Hi-Fi class distortion, low output noise, standby function and mute function
• Automute at min supply voltage detection, on board 0.4A high side driver
• Output short circuit to GND, to Vs, across the load, very inductive loads
• Overrating chip temperature with soft thermal limiter, output DC offset detection
• Load dump voltage, fortuitous open GND, reversed battery, ESD
• Supply voltage range from 6V to 18V, supply current is 200mA typical
• Output offset voltage is +80mV maximum, 55Kohm typical input impedance
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C, flexiwatt25 (with OD) package
