ZS1000

ZS1000 is a 1GHz, 0.9pF, 1Mohm high impedance active probe. The ZS series probe is a high impedance, low capacitance active probe that maintain high signal fidelity. A small form factor and a wide variety of accessories ensures the ZS probe meets every difficult probing challenge.
