TLX9152M(TPL,F(O is a photocoupler photorelay. It consists of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET in a SO16L-T package. It is suitable for battery control in automotive equipment, fuel battery control in automotive equipment, application for electrical vehicle.
