产品概述
CNY65AGRST is a high isolation voltage SMD version optocoupler. It consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4 pin plastic package. The single components are mounted opposite one another, providing a distance between input and output for highest safety requirements of <gt/> 3 mm. Typical applications include solar and wind power diagnostic, monitoring, and communication equipment, welding equipment, high voltage motors, switch-mode power supplies, line receiver, computer peripheral interface and microprocessor system interface.
- Reverse voltage is 5V, forward current is 75mA and forward surge current is 1.5A
- Collector emitter voltage is 32V, emitter collector voltage is 7V, collector current is 50mA
- Total power dissipation of coupler is 250mW
- Rated recurring peak voltage (repetitive) VIORM = 1500Vpeak
- Creepage current resistance according to VDE 0303 / IEC 60112 comparative tracking index: CTI ≥ 475
