产品概述
MCP6422-E/SN is a dual operational amplifier which operates with a single supply voltage as low as 1.8V, while drawing low quiescent current per amplifier. It also has low-input offset voltage and rail-to-rail input and output operation. In addition, it is unity gain stable and has a gain bandwidth product. This combination of features supports battery-powered and portable applications. It has enhanced EMI protection to minimize any electromagnetic interference from external sources. This feature makes it well suited for EMI sensitive applications such as power lines, radio stations, and mobile communications, etc. Application includes portable medical instruments, safety monitoring, battery-powered systems, remote sensing, supply current sensing, analogue active filters.
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 4.4µA typ (IO = 0, VCM = VDD/4, TA= +25°C)
- Input offset voltage range from -1.0 to 1.0mV (VDD = 3.0V; VCM = VDD/4, TA= +25°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 90dB typ (VCM = VSS, TA= +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V)
- Supply voltage range from 1.8 to 5.5V (TA= +25°C, VSS= GND), unity gain stable, no phase reversal
