AD5044BRUZ is a low-power, quad channel, 14-bit buffered voltage output nanoDAC® converter. It offers a differential accuracy specification of ±1LSB. The device uses a versatile 3-wire, low-power Schmitt trigger serial interface that operates at clock rates upto 50MHz and is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE, and DSP interface standards. Integrated reference buffers and output amplifiers are also provided on-chip. It contains a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to typically 400nA at 5V and provides software-selectable output loads while in power-down mode. The total unadjusted error for the devices is <lt/>2mV. It is used in applications such as process control, data acquisition systems, portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources, and programmable attenuators.

- Gain temperature coefficient is ±1ppm FSR/°C typical at (VDD = 4.5V to 5.5V, RL = 5Kohm to GND)
- Total unadjusted error is ±2mV maximum at (VREF = 2.5V, VDD = 5.5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 16-lead TSSOP package
