AD9750ARUZ is a 10bit resolution, wideband, second generation member of the TxDAC series of high-performance, low-power CMOS digital-to-analogue-converter (DAC). It is specifically optimized for the transmit signal path of communication systems. This device’s flexible single-supply operating range of 4.5V to 5.5V and low power dissipation are well suited for portable and low-power applications. Its power dissipation can be further reduced to a mere 65mW, without a significant degradation in performance, by lowering the full-scale current output. Also, a power-down mode reduces the standby power dissipation to approximately 20mW. It is manufactured on an advanced CMOS process. It is used in applications such as wideband communication transmit channels: direct IF, base stations, wireless local loop, digital radio link, direct digital synthesis (DDS), and instrumentation.

- Reference output current is 100nA typical at (AVDD = +5V, DVDD = +5V, IOUTFS = 20mA)
- Reference voltage drift is ±50ppm/°C typical at (AVDD = +5V, DVDD = +5V, IOUTFS = 20mA)
- Power dissipation is 190mW typical at (AVDD = +5V, DVDD = +5V, IOUTFS = 20mA)
- Output noise (IOUTFS = 20mA) is 50pA/√Hz typical at (AVDD = +5V, DVDD = +5V, IOUTFS = 20mA)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 28-lead TSSOP package
