ADA4177-4 is a quad-channel, amplifier. The input of the device feature outstanding precision amplifier robustness, providing input protection against signal excursions 32V beyond either supply, as well as 70dB of rejection for electromagnetic interference (EMI) at 1000MHz. It is widely used in application such as sensor signal conditioning (such as thermocouples, resistor thermal detectors (RTDs), and strain gauges), process control front-end amplifiers, and precision diode power measurement in optical and wireless transmission systems, wireless base station control circuits, optical network control circuits, instrumentation, shunt current measurements etc.

• Low offset voltage is 3µV typ at 25°C
• Low offset voltage drift is 1.6µV/°C max
• Low input bias current is −0.4nA typ at 25°C
• Voltage noise density is 8nV/√Hz typical at 1kHz
• Large signal voltage gain (AVO) is 110dB typ
• Supply current per amplifier is 500µ typ, slew rate is 1.5V/µs typ
• Gain bandwidth product (AV = 100) is 3.5MHz typ, unity-gain crossover (AV = 1) is 3.5MHz typ
• −3dB closed-loop bandwidth (AV = 1) is 6MHz typ, temperature hysteresis is 2µV typ
• Operating temperature is −40°C to +125°C
• Packaging style is 14-lead thin shrink small outline package [TSSOP]
