ADA4851-4YRUZ-RL

ADA4851-4YRUZ-RL is a quad channel, low cost, high speed, voltage feedback rail-to-rail output op-amp. Despite their low price, this parts provide excellent overall performance and versatility. The 130MHz, -3dB bandwidth and high slew rate make this amplifier well suited for many general-purpose, high speed applications. It is designed to operate at supply voltages as low as +3V and upto ±5V. It provides true single supply capability, allowing input signals to extend 200mV below the negative rail and to within 2.2V of the positive rail. On the output, this amplifier can swing within 60mV of either supply rail. It is used in applications such as automotive infotainment systems, automotive driver assistance systems, consumer video, professional video, video switchers, active filters, clock buffers.

• Differential phase is 0.41° typical at (G = +3, NTSC, RL = 150 ohm, VOUT = 2V p-p)
• Fully specified at +3V, +5V, and ±5V supplies, power-down mode
• Wide supply voltage range from 2.7V to 12V
• Input offset voltage is 0.6mV typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Quiescent current per amplifier is 2.4mA typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, package style is 14-lead TSSOP
