ADG5234 is a monolithic industrial CMOS analogue switch comprising four independently selectable SPDT switches. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action that prevents momentary shorting when switching channels. The ultralow capacitance and charge injection of this switch make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and sample-and hold applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. Fast switching speed coupled with high signal bandwidth make this device suitable for video signal switching. It is used in applications such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics, audio and video switching, communication systems.

• Dual-supply operation range from ±9V to ±22V
• 48V supply maximum ratings, VDD to VSS analogue signal range
• Fully specified at ±15V, ±20V, +12V, and +36V, latch-up proof
• 2.8pF typical off source capacitance
• 9pF typical off drain capacitance
• Charge injection is 0.4pC typical at (VS = 0V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF)
• Low on resistance is 160 ohm typical at (VS = ±10V, IS = -1mA)
