ADG5412BRUZ-REEL7

ADG5412BRUZ-REEL7 contains four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The ADG5412 switches turn on with Logic 1. The switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. The on-resistance profile is very flat over the full analogue input range, which ensures good linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. High switching speed also makes the devices suitable for video signal switching. Typical applications are relay replacement, automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics, audio and video switching, communication systems.

• tON is 170ns typ at RL=300 ohm, CL=35pF, 25°C, ±15V DUAL SUPPLY
• Bandwidth (-3dB) is 167MHz typ (at RL=50 ohm, CL=5pF, 25°C, ±15V DUAL SUPPLY)
• Total harmonic distortion plus noise is 0.009% typ at RL=10kohm, VS=15Vp-p, f=20Hz to 20KHz
• 16-lead thin shrink small outline package [TSSOP]
• Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
