ADG786BCPZ is a low voltage, CMOS device comprising three independently selectable SPDT (single pole, double throw) switches. Low power consumption and operating supply range of 1.8V to 5.5V and dual ±2.5V make the device ideal for battery-powered, portable instruments and many other applications. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. An active-low EN input on the ADG786 is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched OFF. This multiplexer is designed on an enhanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed, very low on resistance, high signal bandwidths, and low leakage currents. It is used in applications such as data acquisition systems, communication systems, relay replacement, audio and video switching, and battery-powered systems.

- Source OFF leakage is ±0.01nA typical at (VD = 4.5V/1V, VS = 1V/4.5V)

- tOFF is 7ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF)
- Charge injection is ±3pC typical at (VS = 2V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF)
- Off isolation is -80dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
- 160MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
- Channel-to-channel crosstalk -80dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 20-lead LFCSP package
