产品概述
ADG823BRMZ-REEL7 monolithic CMOS single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switch. The ADG823 contains two independent SPST switches. These switches are designed on an advanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation, yet gives high switching speed, low on resistance, and low leakage currents. designed to operate from a single 1.8V to 5.5V supply, making them ideal for use in battery-powered instruments. These conduct equally well in both directions when on. In the ADG823, switch 1 is normally open and switch 2 is normally closed. The ADG823 exhibits break-before-make switching action. These used in applications such as power routing, battery-powered systems, communication systems, data acquisition systems, audio and video signal routing, cellular phones, modems, PCMCIA cards, hard drives, and relay replacement.

- On resistance flatness is 0.15 ohm typical at (VS = 0V to VDD, IS = 100mA)
- 1.8V to 5.5V single supply, 200mA current carrying capability
- Rail-to-rail operation, TTL-/CMOS-compatible inputs, power consumption is <lt/>0.01μW typical
- 24MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
- Channel-to-channel crosstalk is -82dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
- tON is 33ns typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 35pF, VS = 3V)
- tOFF is 11ns typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 35pF, VS = 3V)
- Off isolation is -52dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 8-lead MSOP package
