ADPL54203ES8E#PBF is a 40VIN micropower no-opto isolated flyback converter with 60V/3.4A switch. It operates from an input voltage range of 3.2V to 40V and delivers up to 17W of isolated output power. It is a monolithic micropower isolated flyback converter. By sampling the isolated output voltage directly from the primary-side flyback waveform, the part requires no third winding or optoisolator for regulation. The output voltage is programmed with two external resistors and a third optional temperature compensation resistor. Boundary mode operation provides a small magnetic solution with excellent load regulation. Low ripple burst mode operation maintains high efficiency at light load while minimizing the output voltage ripple. It is used in applications such as isolated auxiliary/housekeeping power supplies, and isolated industrial, medical power supplies.

- INTVCC regulation voltage is 3V typical at (IINTVCC = 0mA to 8mA)
- Switch on-resistance is 100mohm typical at (SW = 1.5A, TA = 25°C)
- Switch leakage current is 0.1µA typical at (VSW = 60V, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, 8-lead plastic SO package
