DS1631AU+T&R

DS1631AU+T&R is a high-precision digital thermometer and thermostat. It provides custom hysteresis with user-defined trip points (TH and TL). The TH and TL registers and thermometer configuration settings are stored in NV EEPROM so they can be programmed prior to installation. In addition, this device automatically begins taking temperature measurements at power-up, which allows it to function as a stand-alone thermostat. It is used in applications such as network routers and switches, cellular base stations, portable products, and any space-constrained thermally sensitive product.

• EEPROM write cycle time is 4ms typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V; TA = -55°C to +125°C)
• Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, 8-pin µSOP package
