产品概述
HMC652LP2E is a line of wideband fixed value SMT 50 ohm matched attenuator which offer attenuation levels of 2dB respectively. This passive attenuator is ideal for military, test equipment, and other wideband applications where extremely flat attenuation, and excellent VSWR vs. frequency are required. This wideband attenuators handle upto +25dBm of input power, and are compatible with high volume surface mount manufacturing techniques. It is used in application such as fibre optics, microwave radio, military & space, test & measurement, scientific instruments, RF/microwave circuit prototyping etc.
- Excellent attenuation accuracy
- Return loss is 7dB minimum at (DC - 25GHz, TA = +25°C, 50 ohm system)
- Attenuation tolerance is ± 0.5dB typ at (DC - 25GHz, TA = +25°C, 50 ohm system)
- Temperature coefficient is 0.0004dB typ at (DC - 25GHz, TA = +25°C, 50 ohm system)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
- Package style is 6-lead QFN-EP
