HMC675LP3E

HMC675LP3E is a SiGe monolithic, ultra fast comparator that features reduced swing (RS) CML output drivers and latch inputs. This makes the device ideal for a wide range of applications from ATE to broadband communications. The reduced swing CML output stage is designed to directly drive 400mV into 50 ohms terminated to GND. The HMC675LP3E features high speed latch and programmable hysteresis and may be configured to operate in either latch mode, or as a tracking comparator. Typical application includes ATE applications, high speed instrumentation, digital receiver systems, pulse spectroscopy, high speed trigger circuits, clock & data restoration.

• Common mode input impedance is 350Kohm (typ, TA = +25°C, Vcci= +3.3 V, Vcco = 0V)
• Common mode rejection ratio is 80dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vcci= +3.3 V, Vcco = 0V)
• Hysteresis is ±1mV (typ, Rhys = ∞, TA = +25°C, Vcci= +3.3V)
• 16 lead QFN-EP package, operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
