MAX1085BCSA+

The MAX1085BCSA+ is a 300Ksps, single supply, low power, serial 10bit ADC with internal reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. The ADC combine a high-bandwidth track/hold, a serial interface with high conversion speed, an internal +2.5V reference and low power consumption. The 3-wire serial interface connects directly to SPI™/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™ devices without external logic. The device uses an external serial-interface clock to perform successive-approximation analogue to digital conversions. Ideal for remote-sensor and data-acquisition applications or for other circuits with demanding power consumption and space requirements. Typical applications include portable data logging, data acquisition, medical instruments, battery-powered instruments, pen digitizers and process control.

• INL is ±1LSB, DNL is ±1LSB
• Offset error is ±3LSB, gain error is ±3LSB
• Gain error temperature coefficient is ±1.6ppm/°C
• Signal to noise plus distortion ratio is 60dB
• Total harmonic distortion is -70dB, spurious-free dynamic range is 70dB
• Shutdown supply current is 2μA
• Full-power bandwidth is 3MHz
• Pin-compatible, high-speed upgrade to MAX1243
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
