MAX15006AASA+T

The MAX15006AASA+T is an ultra low quiescent current linear regulator in 8 pin NSOIC package. This device with fixed output of 3.3V is ideal for use in battery operated systems and it operates from an input voltage of 4V to 40V. The regulator delivers up to 50mA of output current and consumes only 10μA of quiescent current at no load. The internal P channel pass device keeps the quiescent current low even at full load (90μA).
