Remote/local temperature sensor with SMBus serial interface. Suitable for use in desktop and notebook computers, smart battery packs, LAN servers, industrial controls, central office telecom equipment, test and measurement, multichip modules.

- Programmable under/overtemperature alarms
- Supports SMBus alert response
