MAX4761ETX+

The MAX4761ETX+ is a high bandwidth, octal SPDT analogue switch in 36 pin TQFN package. This switch has low 54pF capacitance for high speed data switching applications. The MAX4761 has four logic inputs to control the switches in pairs. The device is USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 (full speed 12Mbps) signal switching compliant. It is used in USB signal switching, data and audio signal routing applications.

• Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Low capacitance data switches
• Maximum on-resistance of 3.5ohm and maximum on-resistance flatness is 1.5ohm at TA = +25°C
• Less than 0.2ns skew and break before make time delay of 100ns at TA = +25°C
• Rail to rail signal handling
• Maximum on-resistance match between channels is 0.4ohm at TA = +25°C
• Turn-on time of 45ns and turn-off time of 25ns at TA = +25°C
• Charge injection of 15pC
• Off isolation of 80dB and crosstalk of 95dB
