产品概述
MAX6501UKP125+T is a low-cost, fully integrated temperature switch that asserts a logic signal when its die temperature crosses a factory-programmed threshold. This device features two on-chip, temperature-dependent voltage references and a comparator. It has an active-low, open-drain output intended to interface with a microprocessor (µP) reset input. It is used in applications such as µP temperature monitoring in high-speed computers, temperature control, temperature alarms, and fan control.
- Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V
- Supply current is 30µA typical at (VCC = +2.7V to +5.5V)
- Open-drain output leakage current is 10nA typical at (VCC = +2.7V to +5.5V)
- Temperature threshold accuracy is ±0.5°C typical at (VCC = +2.7V to +5.5V, -45°C to -25°C)
- Low cost, open-drain output, no external components required
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
- 5-pin SOT23 package
