MAX6823RUK+T

The MAX6823RUK+T is a low voltage µP supervisor with manual reset and watchdog timer in 5 pin SOT-23 package. The low voltage µP supervisory circuit combines voltage monitoring, watchdog timer and manual reset input functions. Microprocessor supervisory circuits significantly improve system reliability and accuracy compared to separate ICs or discrete components. This device assert a reset signal whenever monitored voltage drops below its preset threshold, keeping it asserted for minimum timeout period after VCC rises above the threshold. In addition, a watchdog timer monitors against code execution errors. A debounced manual reset is also available. The outputs to be in correct state for VCC down to +1.0V. The MAX6823 has active low push-pull RESET. It also has manual reset input and a watchdog timer. It is used in set-top boxes, computers, embedded controllers, critical µP monitoring and battery powered equipment.
