产品概述
HMC747LC3C is a D-Type flip-flop designed to support data transmission rates of up to 14Gbps, and clock frequencies as high as 14GHz. During normal operation, data is transferred to the outputs on the positive edge of the clock. Reversing the clock inputs allows for negative-edge triggered applications. Outputs can be connected directly to a 50 ohm Vcc-terminated system, while DC blocking capacitors may be used if the terminating system is 50 ohms to ground. The HMC747LC3C also features an output level control pin, VR, which allows for loss compensation or signal-level optimization. Typical application includes RF ATE applications, broadband test & measurement, serial data transmission up to 14Gbps, digital logic systems up to 14GHz.

- Input differential range from 0.1 to 2Vp-p (TA = +25°C, Vcc = 3.3V, VR = 3.3V, frequency <lt/>14GHz)
- Output amplitude is 550mVp-p (typ, single-ended, peak-to-peak, TA = +25°C)
- Output high voltage is 3.29V (typ, TA = +25°C, Vcc = 3.3V, VR = 3.3V)
- 16 lead QFN-EP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
