VQA3-S15-D15-S is a VQA3-S series 7-pin SIP isolated DC-DC converter designed for IGBT driver applications. Featuring dual unregulated outputs, an extended temperature range, 5000VDC isolation and high efficiency. This DC-DC converter is ideally suited to provide a fully isolated gate drive for wind turbine and solar panel applications. Certified by 62368 UL/cUL, designed to meet 62368, EN/IEC.
