ZXRE160H5TA is a 0.6V enhanced adjustable precision shunt regulator. It is a 5-terminal adjustable shunt regulator offering excellent temperature stability and output handling capability. This device offers an enhancement to the ZXRE060 part for use in comparator mode applications. In shunt regulator mode, this device simplifies the design of isolated low-voltage DC-DC regulators. With its low 0.6V FB pin, it can control the regulation of rails as low as 0.6V. This makes the part ideal for state-of-the-art microprocessors, DSP, and PLD core voltage POL converters. The device's open-collector output can operate from 0.2V to 18V and regulated output voltage can be set by the selection of two external divider resistors. It is used in applications such as isolated DC-DC converters, core voltage POL, low voltage low-dropout linear regulators, shunt regulators, and adjustable voltage reference.

- Power supply rejection ratio is 45dB typical at (F = 300KHz, VAC = 0.3VPP)
- Amplifier unity gain frequency is 600KHz typical at (TA = +25°C, VDD = 3V)
- Dynamic output impedance is 0.25ohm typical at (IOUT = 1 to 15mA, f <lt/> 1KHz)
- Input current is 0.35mA typical at (VIN = 2V to 18V, IOUT = 0.3mA)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, SOT353 package
