ZXTR2105F-7

ZXTR2105F-7 is a 60V input, regulator transistor. It monolithically integrates a transistor, zener diode, and resistor to function as a linear regulator. This device regulates with a 5V nominal output at 15mA. It is designed for use in high-voltage applications where standard linear regulators cannot be used. This function is fully integrated into a SOT23 package, minimizing PCB area and reducing the number of components when compared with a multi-chip discrete solution. It is used in applications such as 12V to 5V rails, 24V to 5V rails, and other customized input rails.

• Power supply rejection ratio is 46dB typical at (COUT = 100nF, IOUT = 15mA)
• Operating temperature range from -65°C to +150°C, SOT23 package
