180XL

The 180XL from Greenlee Communications is a visual fault locator kit. It is used to visually locate loss locations such as macrobends, bad connectors and other fibre discontinuities. Fibre continuity can also be visually confirmed. This visual locator also allows the technician to quickly and safely visually locate broken and pinched fibres, faulty connectors and bad splices. The long reach of the 180XL allows the technician to safely confirm fibre continuity up to distances of 7Km as well.
