IRS2334SPBF

The IRS2334SPBF from Infineon is a high voltage 3-phase gate driver in 20 pin SOIC package. It is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with 3 independent high side and low side referenced output channels for 3-phase applications. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technology enables ruggedized monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V. The output driver features high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction. Propagation delay is matched to simplify use in high frequency applications. Typically used at motor control, low power fan, general purpose inverters and micro/mini inverter drivers.
