MAX11127ATI+

The MAX11127ATI+ is a 1Msps, low power, serial 10bit, 16-channel analogue to digital converter (ADC) in 28 pin TQFN package. This device with external reference and industry leading 1.5MHz, full linear bandwidth, high speed and serial output successive approximation register ADC. It includes both internal & external clock modes, device features scan mode in both internal, external clock modes. The internal clock mode has internal averaging to increase SNR. The external clock mode has SampleSetK technology, user programmable analogue input channel sequencer. The SampleSet approach provides greater sequencing flexibility for multichannel applications while alleviating significant microcontroller or DSP (controlling unit) communication overhead. It has an excellent dynamic performance, low voltage, low power, ease of use & small package makes IC ideal for portable battery powered, data-acquisition applications and for other applications that demand low power consumption and small space.

• Supply voltage range is 2.35V to 3.6V & consume only 5.4mW at 1Msps, 2µA full shutdown current
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, longer battery life for portable applications

• High accuracy, ±1LSB INL, ±1LSB DNL, 15-channel pseudo differential relative to a common input
• External differential reference (1V to VDD), no pipeline delay, no missing codes
• 16MHz, 3-wire SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE/DSP compatible serial interface
