MAX314ESE+

The MAX314ESE+ is a quad SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This analogue switch conducts equally well in either direction. It offers low leakage current over temperature (2.5nA at +85°C). The MAX314 has low power consumption and ESD tolerance greater than 2000V per method 3015.7. It is used in test equipment, audio signal routing, data acquisition system, PBX systems, PABX systems, sample and hold circuits.

• Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 30V and ±4.5V to ±20V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Two normally open (NC) switches and two normally closed (NO) switches
• Pin compatible with DG411/DG412/DG413 devices
• Maximum channel on-resistance is 25ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
• Crosstalk is greater than 96dB at f = 20KHz
• Maximum on-resistance match between channels is 1.5ohm at TA = +25°C (dual supply)
• Maximum on-resistance flatness over specified signal range is 2ohm at TA = +25°C (dual supply)
• Rail to rail signal handling
• Break before make time delay of 5ns (single supply)
