The MAX6361LUT31+T is a low power microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit with battery backup in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This supervisory circuit reduces complexity and number of components required for power supply monitoring and battery control functions in microprocessor systems. The circuit significantly improves system reliability and accuracy compared to that obtainable with separate ICs or discrete components. The MAX6361 functions include µP reset, backup battery switchover and power failure warning. The device operates from supply voltages as low as +1.2V. It is used in computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, critical µP/µC power monitoring, fax machines, industrial control, POS equipments and battery powered equipments.
- Supply voltage range from 0V to 5.5V, supply current (Excluding IOUT) is 15µA at VCC = 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Precision monitoring of +5V, +3.3V, +3V and +2.5V power supply voltages
- Debounced manual reset input
- Reset/active-low reset valid down to 1.2V (VCC or VBATT)
- Active-low, push-pull reset output
- Power supply transient immunity
- Reset active timeout period of 280ms
- Reset threshold voltage of 3.08V (typical)
- VCC falling reset delay of 35µs
