MAX6630MTT+T

MAX6630MTT+T is a 12-bit + sign digital temperature sensor with a serial interface. It is a local digital temperature sensor with an SPI-compatible serial interface. The temperature is converted to a 12-bit + sign word with a resolution of 0.0625°C/LSB. An extended temperature range provides useful readings up to +150°C. This sensor is 3-wire serial interface SPI compatible, allowing this to be readily connected to a variety of microcontrollers (μCs). It is a read-only device, simplifying its use in systems where only temperature data is required. This digital temperature sensor requires very little supply current, making it ideal for portable systems. It performs a conversion once every 0.5s and requires only 200μA (typ) supply current. It can perform conversions more often to approximately four conversions per second by reading the conversion results more often. The Applications include cellular, hard disk drives, HV ACs, industrial control, and systems.
