PIC16LF87-I/SS

PIC16LF87-I/SS is an 8bit 10MHz 7KB flash PIC® microcontroller with nanoWatt technology. It belongs to mid-range family of the PIC® devices. Peripheral features such as capture, compare, PWM (CCP) module, 10-bit, 7-ch ADC, SSP with SPI, addressable universal synchronous asynchronous receiver transmitter, dual analogue comparator module with programmable on-chip voltage reference, programmable input multiplexing from device inputs and internal voltage reference, comparator outputs are externally accessible. There are two memory blocks in device: program and data. Each block has its own bus, so access to each block can occur during the same oscillator cycle. Data memory can be further broken down into the general purpose RAM and the SFRs. It has a 13bit program counter capable of addressing an 8K x 14 program memory space. For the PIC16F87 the first 4K x 14 (0000h0FFFh) is physically implemented. Accessing a location above the physically implemented address will cause a wraparound.
